Please try to power on the N5200 without drives to see if the NAS can be boot up properly. Please do not worry about the data, the RAID can be recognized by another N5200, and all the data still exist in the RAID.

In case the NAS still unable to complete boot up, we are afraid that the NAS might have problem and need to RMA.

Thanks to Roger Graham for sharing his experience, he also meet such issue and overcame it by following steps,

1. powered down the device
2. removed the drives
3. powered up the device, which did a normal boot up
4. powered down the device
5. re-installed the drives
6. powered up the device, which did a boot-up including starting the we service etc
7. checked everything via the web service, and synced my files across as normal
