How to configure NAS BIOS to boot from DVD or USB driver.
W2000 W2000+ W4000 W4000+ W5000 W5000+ 1. Plug USB driver into NAS back panel (black) USB2.0 port, and USB keyboard. 2. Power up NAS & press F2 into BIOS. 3. Config BIOS boot menu booting from USB driver. 4. Press F10 for SAVE & EXIT.
W2810PRO/W4810 Method A - Boot from USB in once. 1. Plug USB driver into NAS USB port with HDMI and USB keyboard. 2. Power up NAS & press F7 into fast BOOT MENU. 3. Choose from USB driver. Method B - Change boot device permanently. 1. Plug USB driver into NAS USB port with HDMI and USB keyboard. 2. Power NAS up, press DEL into BIOS->BOOT->Hard Drive BBS Priorities->choose your USB driver at first priority. 3. BOOT-> Boot Option Priorities ->Boot Option #1->choose your USB driver at first priority. 4. F4 save & exit.
W5810 1. Plug DOS bootable USB driver into NAS USB2.0 black color port. 2. Power NAS up, press DEL into BIOS->BOOT->lowset USB KEY DRIVER BBS PRIORITIES->choose your USB driver at first priority. 3. F4 save & exit. 4. Power NAS up and system would boot from USB driver.
