Why my Acronis key doesn’t work?

  1. Please check the serial text again, as like vv => w or some character issue.
  2. For some case the serial number label on CD package unable to work with Thecus OEM version Acronis, please visit https://www.acronis.com/en-us/my/box/oem/ try to make the “Installation Serial Number” change to “Activation Serial Number”, and you will get the mail about “Activation Serial Number” from support@acronis.com.
    PS: The Acronis asking 16 digits means your firest 16 digits from Installation Serial Number 64 digits.
