Why XBMC or KODI HDMI without audio out?


Since KODI 17:
Please configure from LOCAL DISPLAY Toolbar/Start bar->Programs->Audio Output-> Choose audio output device with your HDMI monitor model name or SPDIF (for certain models).


KODI 16 or elder:
Please check following item from XBMC or KODI:
SYSTEM->SETTING->AUDIO OUTPUT->AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICE-> Choose audio output device with your HDMI monitor model name or SPDIF (for certain models).
