Solution
因為安全性理由，我們僅針對以下檔案開放上傳：
PDF / DOC / DOCX / XLS / XLSX / PPT / PPTX / TXT
RAR / ZIP
GIF / JPG / PNG
BIN
為方便解決您所遇到的問題，技術支援人員會希望您能上傳系統設定 (conf.bin) 或是其它系統截圖等。若你有大量檔案需要上傳到線上服務系統，我們會建議您將所有的檔案利用 7-zip, WinRAR 等程式將它壓縮成一個檔案後再上傳。
