Why I can' upload files to Thecus Helpdesk?
Solution
For security reasons, the system allows following files only,
PDF / DOC / DOCX / XLS / XLSX / PPT / PPTX / TXT
RAR / ZIP
GIF / JPG / PNG
BIN
If you have many files to upload to the system, we will suggest to archive the files first by using 7-zip, or WinRAR.
